Research Interests

Theoretical Biophysics: 
¡¡ 1) Multi-scale theory and computational method of biomolecules.
2) Computational investigations of the cofactor coupled protein structure and dynamics, including protein folding, aggregation and other functional dynamics of biological importance.
3) Functional motions of bio-molecular machineries driven by multi-scale fluctuations.
